Say you’re an independent retailer selling products from partner brands, and that you’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand, league, team or organization unless you say so. This matters given the licensed Cufflinks.com NFL, NHL and NBA items and the college-logo wallets.
- Trademark and copyright notice. All product names, logos and brand imagery belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products. The site’s own content is © 2026 AUM 108 Inc.

IP complaint (notice-and-takedown) contact. Give rights holders a clear way to report infringing listings: what to include (the work, the product URL, contact details, a good-faith statement) and that you’ll review and remove listings promptly. Given the 20 products with celebrity, band and franchise names still in their titles, this is the most useful part of the page. A rights holder who can reach you directly is more likely to send a removal request than escalate to Shopify or a lawyer. Ideally use a dedicated address such as caddy@sweetspotclub.com.
